Services. Show Me Power Washing provides Power Washing, Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, Roof Cleaning, House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Deck Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://showmepowerwashingmo.com is the property of Show Me Power Washing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Show Me Power Washing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Show Me Power Washing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MO law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MO for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
